The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. As our factories are located in the western part of China, such as Yunnan Province, the origin of Yunzi, and therefore require longer shipping time, all orders will be sent to the warehouse centre for shipment within 3 weekday days after the order is placed.

Standard Shipping: Most standard shipments are sent through USPS, UPS ground, or FedEx ground.= 3 week days processing time add 7-14 weekdays to arrive from shipment. (Total: 15-20 weekdays)

Shipping Fare:

Due to the heavy weight of the product itself, we do not include postage, you need to bear the cost yourself. To get a shipping cost for your item, click the “add to cart” button and then click “checkout now.” Your shipping cost will be calculated based on where you are shipping to.

Notes:

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We will make our best effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to issues including invalid addresses and custom clearance problems, or Force Majeure.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on delivery tracking website(www.17track.net) with the tracking number provided. You can send email to admin@wuluweiqi.com, we will help you track it.

Please pay attention: It may take 3-5 days for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 5 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please feel free to contact us for more information.
